Founder, ATLAS OS — Building ORACLE
Brian Adam
A financial-services operator with a decade of brokerage and wealth-management experience, now building ATLAS OS — the infrastructure behind ORACLE, a decision-intelligence platform that helps people understand what prediction markets are pricing, and why.
ORACLE helps people make better decisions by combining prediction markets with public evidence and AI-assisted analysis. ORACLE is currently in founder validation. Its initial market-intelligence reports are being prepared for review by active prediction-market participants.

Background
For nine years, I helped grow a private-banking relationship book at Wells Fargo Advisors from approximately $80M to $365M across more than 300 households.
I then spent more than five years at Robinhood in brokerage operations, where I specialized in the firm's prediction-market operations — including launch readiness, settlement governance, and outcome verification — and served as the overnight authority on its most complex derivatives and risk cases. My formal title there was Senior Operations Specialist, Advanced Services; day to day, that meant serving as an escalation point for complex cases and mentoring a team of twelve specialists.
Across all of it, one pattern stood out: the hard part was rarely getting information. It was deciding what to do with it. That's why I started ATLAS OS, and why ORACLE — the first product built on it — exists.
What I'm building
ATLAS OS is the operating system I'm building for research, forecasting, and content — a foundation for turning scattered, fragmented information into structured, evidence-based understanding. ORACLE is the first product built on top of it.
ORACLE
Founder validation
ORACLE helps people make better decisions by combining prediction markets with public evidence and AI-assisted analysis. It's currently in founder validation. Its initial market-intelligence reports are being prepared for review by active prediction-market participants. It's not a finished product yet, and I'd rather say that plainly than oversell it.
ORACLE doesn't accept bets, place trades, or manage money, and it doesn't guarantee outcomes. It's a research tool, not personalized financial advice — it explains what the market believes and what could change it. What you do with that is up to you.

The infrastructure behind ORACLE
ATLAS OS is the platform I'm building underneath ORACLE — bringing together data, forecasting, and content into one consistent foundation, instead of treating every product as a one-off. It's early-stage infrastructure, built in public alongside ORACLE rather than in isolation.
Current thinking
I write about a decade in financial services, building ATLAS OS and ORACLE in public, and how people and systems make decisions under uncertainty — prediction markets, automation, and judgment.
